|Cree Increases Drive Current for XLamp® MX-6 Lighting-Class PLCC LED; Delivers 160% More Light Output|
Cree, Inc., a market leader in LED lighting, announces a higher maximum forward drive current for the XLamp® MX-6 LED. The MX-6’s PLCC package is optimized for indoor lighting where enhanced light uniformity and LED-to-LED color consistency is important. At 1 A of current, XLamp MX-6 LEDs provide up to 300 lumens in cool white (6500 K) and 245 lumens in warm white (3000 K).

XLamp® XM LEDs are Most Efficient Lighting-Class LEDs in the Industry Cree, a market leader in LED lighting, announces a breakthrough new lighting-class LED platform, the XLamp® XM LED. This new single chip LED delivers record-breaking efficacy of 160 lumens per watt at 350 mA. The LED also delivers 750 lumens at 2 A, which is equivalent to the light output of a 60 W incandescent light bulb at less than 7 watts.

Bourns® Inductive Components Product Line introduces the new Model CW100505 Series which has the smallest 0402 size in the Bourns® CW wirewound Chip Inductor products family. This chip inductor is wound on a ceramic core which provides extremely stable electrical characteristics over a wide range of temperature and frequency. The Bourns® Model CW100505 chip inductor offers high Q, high self-resonant frequency in an ultra small 1 x 0.55 x 0.5 mm size.

|Bourns Releases Common Mode Chip Inductor Model SRF4532 Series|
Bourns® Inductive Components Product Line introduces the new Model SRF4532 Series of bifilar wire-wound, ferrite core, common mode chip inductors. The Model SRF4532 Series offers high impedance over a broad frequency range to suppress unwanted EMI signals. This product is designed for common mode conductive noise filtering on data/signal lines, CAN-bus, telecommunication devices and consumer electronics.

Bourns is pleased to announce the release of four new series of High Voltage Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs). The new GDT series target industrial applications requiring high DC breakdown voltages. The 2-electrode GDT devices are offered with DC breakdown voltages ranging from 800-6000 volts. The new series are offered in miniature surface mount, miniature axial and standard axial leaded packages.
