Turnkey Solutions

If your factory is at capacity, or you want to focus on your core competencies of design and the marketing of your products, AAD can help.  We can procure the full bill of materials, assist with engineering for cost reduction, engage the Contract Manufacturer and deliver the completed product to you or even your end customer. 

Kitting

We are experts in kitting – consolidating all the components necessary for a production run and delivering them simultaneously to the customers’ production line or stores. This has many advantages for our customers, not least that they only pay once all the components are delivered, thus helping cash flow!

Kanban (Automated Replenishment)
 

Through Arrow’s own CARES (Customer Automated Replenishment System), AAD offers the lean supply of components without the need for customers to hold inventory, whilst at the same time minimising or eliminating shortages.

Buffer Stock Holding

We will tailor our inventory to meet your needs, holding enough stock to cater for variations in demand for your products, thereby offering you greater flexibility and faster time to market.

With access to Arrow’s state-of-the-art European Programming Centre in Bedford, England, we can offer you a full programming service without the need for you to invest in expensive equipment.
